“OneStop” Recycling for Up To a Dozen Materials

Over the years, we’ve heard one story again and again: “We don’t generate a lot, but we generate a lot of different materials. We don’t have time to handle them, and we have nowhere to store them. What can we do?”

These are organizations that want to recycle aggressively, but don’t have enough stuff to reach “marketable” quantities, and don’t have the time to manage of a bunch of small-quantity recycling programs. Recycling gets to be annoying, complicated, expensive. A lot of the time, recyclables are ultimately just thrown away.

Pick up and recycle several different materials at the same time, on the same truck.

IRN was a pioneer of the “milk run” to pick up electronics and universal wastes. Now we’ve expanded the milk run to pick up almost everything else at the same time: paper, cardboard, confidential documents, surplus property, appliances, pallets, and more. We break down these mixed truckloads, sort them, and send them on to the appropriate markets. Whatever you set out, OneStop can take it away.

To make recycling even simpler, OneStop offers a pre-paid program unique to the IRN. We provide you with heavy-duty recycling bags for the most common commodities - paper, cardboard, and beverage containers. You pay for the bag up front, stuff it as full as you can, and we take it away. It’s that simple. We can also provide recycling containers for use throughout your facility, in different colors and different slotted tops for each material.

For other items like computers and monitors, fluorescent lamps, batteries, pallets, and surplus furniture, OneStop offers simple weight- or volume-based tracking and accounting.

Reporting and Recordkeeping: OneStop also makes it really easy to track all of your recyclables. You’ll see a single reconciliation for all OneStop commodities, a single invoice, and detailed monthly reporting for every material.

We can dispatch the OneStop truck on a regular schedule, or we can put you on call, so that you get the truck only when you have a critical mass to recycle. If you want, we can come into your facility and pick up materials where you tell us. Or we can pick up from multiple locations. It’s your decision, whatever works best for you.
